Key understanding of thoughts and emotions:
Avoid scattering your thoughts.
When you want to do something,
achieve a goal,
or conquer any challenge you must be CLEAR about your objectives,
and I mean,
VERY CLEAR.
Start from 'Ground Zero' and be definite about what you want,
remember,
along the way 'circumstances or conditions' change sometimes,
remember to allow your thoughts to MOVE and work dynamically in harmony and peace with each other,
without 'emotions or fear' interfering.
Your thoughts are different & are separate from each other while existing in one mind,
yours.
They must work together harmoniously and dynamically.
Do not confuse your 'Thoughts' with your 'Emotions'.
Thoughts are ideas that can be turned into logical working factors used to improve your life and the life of those around you.
Emotions are feelings and are designed for every living thing on earth to care and nurture (like a mother & her child,
or a Tiger & her newborn).
Both are important and have their own special uses.
Most people use emotions in the wrong matter,
which can lead to destructive ends and increased problems.
People use emotions to torture themselves and in the process bury the best thoughts and ideas that can improve their life.
